In six quick and easy steps, you can apply for a giantbank.com business account and additional services!

When you submit an application, you are authorizing giantbank.com to obtain certain information and reports in order to process your application. You are also authorizing giantbank.com to obtain certain information and reports for future account additions, enhancements and verifications.

Before you begin, please review the checklist below for items and information needed to complete the application. Please make sure to provide all the information requested to avoid being declined to open an account.

Landmark Bank, N.A. retains the right to limit cumulative deposits for customers to $500,000.00.

About Procedures for Opening a New Account

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.

During the approval process it may be found that additional information or documentation may be necessary in order to open the account.

All Business Applications will require:

Business Information:

  • Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • Business Name
  • Current Business Address, Office Phone Number, Office Fax Number, Office Contact Name (must be a signer on the account) and E-Mail Address
  • Date Business began operations
  • State of Incorporation/Organization
  • Business Mailing Address (if different from Current Business Address)
  • Nature of Primary Business
  • Nature of Sublines and or Subsidiaries
  • Gross Annual Sales/Income
  • Anticipated Account Activity
  • Source of Deposited Funds
  • Documents pertaining to the business entity; i.e. Articles of Incorporation
  • Name, Title, Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Driver’s License Number and State for each Authorized Signer and/or Beneficial Owner
  • The proper business authorization/resolution. To obtain the proper form, call 1-877-446-4200. If the application is submitted without the giantbank approved form, the account opening may be delayed or declined.

Please note that:

  • Only businesses organized and operated in the State of Florida are eligible to apply for Small Business Checking, Small Business Plus Checking and Business Money Market Accounts. Businesses organized and operated in the United States are eligible to apply for Business Certificates of Deposit.
  • All authorized signers/officers must be U.S. citizens with residency in the United States (unless a member of the U.S. Armed Forces).

    funds for the opening deposit.
  • Upon completion of your application, the information you have entered is NOT
    transmitted to giantbank.com. You must sign the application and
    mail it, along with your opening deposit, to giantbank.com.
